Welcome to Wabi-Sabi Wonders! Here you will find beautifully hand crafted items that embrace the spirit of wabi-sabi. Wabi-sabi is an eastern ideal that celebrates the beauty found in the imperfections of objects. The wonders you will find here are just that; beautiful in their imperfection. Each item sold is hand crafted and completely unique. They are made to be as varied as the world we live in and the people who use them. While I create mostly toys, check in often as I like to add items for people of all ages and sizes here and there. About Wabi-Sabi Toys: Wabi-sabi toys are carefully hand crafted with sturdily stitched seams that will hold up to the wear and tear of natural play. Most fabrics are cotton, but I also use cotton/poly blends, bamboo and hemp. All fabrics are prewashed to prevent shrinking of the final object and toys are filled with polyester fill unless otherwise noted. Nearly all toys are created without buttons or detachable embellishments so they can be played with by even the tiniest babies.
