I stand behind my products one hundred percent. Should there be a quality issue with your item, please contact me so I can make it right. Workmanship is guaranteed for four months from purchase date. While I do everything possible to ensure my products are made in a manner that makes them safe for children off all ages, I must insist that an adult supervise all use of my items. I cannot be held responsible for any accidents that may occur while your child is playing with one of my Wabi-Sabi toys or wearing/handling one of my other items. If you are unsatisfied with the instock item you have purchased it may be returned in new condition for store credit, minus shipping costs (both to you and back to me). I cannot accept returns on custom orders so any questions regarding custom merchandise should be asked when the final approval pictures are sent.
